Well, I've become a little obsessed with lj over the last couple of years.
I'm Paula, I'm nineteen, I'm a student at Kingston University which is in Greater London/Surrey, depending on how arse-ish you want to be about the whole thing.
I was born in Scotland and raised in England. As far as I'm concerned I'm Scottish, even though I've lived in England for fourteen years and have an English accent and can't even do a decent impersonation of a Scottish one.
I want to be a writer when I'm older. Sometimes I think I want to write novels and sometimes I think I want to write plays and sometimes I think I want to write screenplays. I have adored theatre for years, not just watching shows but the whole atmosphere and energy of theatre which makes me want to be a part of it. One day I might be a successful writer, or I might be a miserable school teacher, or I might sell you your bread and milk in Tesco one Tuesday afternoon.
Fandomwise I love Harry Potter, but it has taken a back seat recently due to my ever-increasing obsession with Doctor Who and Torchwood.
In regards to shipping I do ship Jack/Ianto but I'm not adverse to other pairings. I have confused multiple people with my Doctor Who shipping because I'm registered at communities with contradicting ships but I do not care. I am a multi-shipper, I ship many, many parents. There's lots of love to go around.
I make a lot of icons. I'm actually considering setting up an icon journal because I have so many...
My journal is semi-friends only, mostly my icons are public and the occasional post is too but most of my personal posts are friends only, if you want to friend me feel free, or comment to be added on my lj post. I'll add anyone back who I have something in common with so... there you go. To be honest, I'm not even sure why it's friends only, it just is. I do ramble a lot. And post a lot. But yeah, friends are good!
